Choosing a pick
Which Wegenpick should I choose?
Start with your instrument and playing style in the Find Your Pick guide. Compare the suggested thickness, shape, grip and bevel, then ask Michel if two models remain close.
Why are some Wegen picks so thick?
A thick body can feel stable and controlled while a carefully shaped working edge still releases cleanly from the string. Thickness is only one part of the feel.
Products
Are left-handed picks available?
Left-handed working edges are available for listed models, and can also be discussed as custom work. Check the product page because availability differs by model.
Are all picks available in black and white?
Black and white are the core Wegen colours, but exact availability depends on the model and current production. The product page lists confirmed options.
Custom picks
Can I request a custom thickness or tip?
Yes. Send the base model, desired thickness, playing hand, colour, dimensions and tip or bevel preference through the Custom Picks form.
Materials
Are Wegen Picks real tortoise shell?
No. Wegen Picks are not made from real tortoise shell. Exact material wording for each model should be confirmed with Michel where it is not already published.
Orders
How do direct orders work?
Add the models to your cart and submit an order request with your address. No payment is taken online. Michel confirms availability, shipping and the invoice personally.
Where can I find a distributor?
Use the Distributors page to search the migrated worldwide network. Stock and full-range availability should be confirmed with the shop before travelling.
